The Blooms
A downloadable game for Windows
XF-25 has breached containment.
You are a researcher trapped in a dying facility. XF-25, "The Blooms," has breached containment and is sucking up the facility's oxygen. You must find your way out of the facility before your canister runs out of air. Replenish your canister by popping The Blooms' air bubble cysts.
This game was made as a part of our school's annual game jam back in February (usually a part of the Global Game Jam, with this year being an exception). Our jam's theme was bubbles, which we interpreted as loosely as possible. We wanted to focus on atmosphere over game play this time around, since atmosphere is not something we experimented with heavily before. This game was made in (less than) 48 hours, so expect some level of jank.
Donations are not expected but always welcome, and donations will go toward tuition and potentially future projects (but most likely tuition).

A pretty interesting game, but I hope the flat things on the wall would grab you, so you would have to watch your environment more and pose more risk to the game instead of wandering around looking for bubbles. It would let you lose your health even with full oxygen and make you watch your next step instead of running like I did, but the game is quite interesting never the less.
